Autograph Rules
Guests may only sign officially licensed products (figures, keychains, standees, etc), art/merch commissioned by the guest, personally created fanart, and/or official Tora-Con merch during any and all signing block
Guests may refuse to sign certain items, include certain quotes or references, or offer services at their discretion
Guests may require autographs to be personalized
Attendees may not ask a guest to sign body parts, clothing that is currently being worn, and/or items that are lewd/NSFW
Attendees get one (1) free signature on a personal item (item brought by the attendee) per guest (excluding Funko Pops and figurines); all other signatures/merchandise will be charged at the discretion of the guest
Attendees may not loiter or “hog” time with a guest during their signing block. Please be courteous to others when having your items signed and conversing (take no more than a couple minutes), and save in-depth questions for the guest’s panels
Attendees may not line-up sooner than an hour prior to the scheduled start of a scheduled signing block
Attendees may not take photos, videos, or other types of recordings of a guest during the guest’s signing block unless given consent by the guest
Tora-Con staff are authorized to cut off lines, ask an attendee to move on from a guest’s table due to time concerns, or otherwise assist in facilitating with signing block
Tora-Con staff are not required to assist attendees in taking photographs or videos during a guest’s signing block
Tora-Con staff are authorized to enforce these rules with discretion
Tora-Con staff reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time as deemed necessary
If a guest chooses to perform unscheduled signing blocks, all of the above rules still apply
