Ironmouse Meet & Greet Rules

  • Slots are being awarded via a lottery due to the limited time available to host Meet and Greet sessions (we sincerely apologize for any disappointment, but we appreciate your understanding on behalf of our staf)

  • The drawing will take place at 9:00AM on Saturday in Gosnell - Room 1250

  • The Meet & Greets will take place on Saturday

  • Attendees are encouraged to obtain their badges ahead of time

  • Attendees who have not yet obtained their badges from registration before the lottery drawing may still enter the lottery (you must obtain your badge by the time of the meet & greet, however)

  • Only 1 (one) entry ticket will be given per attendee

  • Guardians of minors do not get additional tickets (guardian/minor pairs will share a single ticket)

  • Guardians of minors must be present for both the lottery drawing and the actual meet & greet slot

  • The meet & greet location and time will only be shared privately to lottery winners once all winners have been pulled

  • Time slots will be selected on a first-drawn, first choice basis

  • Meet & Greets winners may only bring 1 (one) additional person to their meet & greet (guardians of minors do not count towards this limit)

  • A designated staff member from Tora-Con and Ironmouse's team will be present during all Meet & Greets for the sake of logistics and safety

  • Meet & Greet winners must show up 30 minutes before their scheduled slot time to provide their proof of badge and winning ticket

Ironmouse Gift Rules

  • Gifts are allowed to be brought and will be sent to Ironmouse after Tora-Con concludes by Tora-Con Staff

  • Tora-Con will make it's best effort to send all gifts, but cannot guarantee shipment in the case of factors outside of our control

  • Perishable/consumable goods such as food, candy, bath/body items, etc are not allowed

  • Homemade perishable/consumable goods are not allowed

  • Nonperishable goods such as fanart, crocheted plushies, etc are allowed

  • Gifts may be no more than roughly 5lbs in weight and roughly 6in-12in in their largest dimension (artwork such as prints must roughly 8inx10in or be rollable)

  • Staff may grant exceptions to these sizing rules through their own discretion

  • Any and all gift items must comply with USPS mailing restrictions (https://www.usps.com/ship/shipping-restrictions.htm)

  • There will be collection sites and staff at the panel room for panel attendees and at the meet & greet room for meet & greet attendees

  • Attendees should pre-label and attach any notes to the gits prior to collection
